Operational Regulations
1General principles
- The general principles stated in this Regulation will apply to all objects accessing and using services on the HVACR-EXPO.COM e-commerce website.
- The HVACR-EXPO.COM e-commerce trading floor website is registered to operate in the form of an e-commerce trading floor and online promotion website (“HVACR-EXPO.COM E-commerce Website”, or “HVACR-EXPO”) .COM” owned and operated by MIANMI Joint Stock Company (“Company” or “MIANMI”).Members on HVACR-EXPO.COM are traders, organizations and individuals having commercial business activities. legally (“Member”) is recognized and approved by HVACR-EXPO.COM to use the services provided by the HVACR-EXPO.COM e-commerce website (“E-commerce Services”).

- There are no representations, undertakings, or warranties in this Regulation or other public documents and policies of HVACR-EXPO.COM allowing Members to act on behalf of HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Sellers and Customers conduct transactions on the HVACR-EXPO.COM e-commerce website on the basis of respecting the principle of free will, respecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties to the transaction and not contrary to provisions of current law.
- All transactions and commercial activities through the HVACR-EXPO.COM e-commerce website must be done openly and transparently, ensuring the interests of consumers.
- Products posted on the HVACR-EXPO.COM e-commerce website are required to fully meet the relevant provisions of the law, not in the cases where business is prohibited under the provisions of the law.
- When participating in the registration, creation of a booth, or registering to sell products on the HVACR-EXPO.COM e-commerce website, the Seller must find out his or her own legal responsibilities for the current laws of Vietnam, the Regulations and other policies and regulations of the HVACR-EXPO.COM E-commerce Website and commit to comply with such relevant regulations.
2Purpose of Operation

3Working Principle
- This regulation applies to Members who register to use the service, Traders, Organizations and Individuals participating in buying and selling goods on HVACR-EXPO.COM
- Website HVACR-EXPO.COM is owned by MIANMI Joint Stock Company. Traders, Organizations and Individuals participating in buying and selling goods on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Individuals participating in transactions on HVACR-EXPO.COM must register for membership or declare personal information initially recognized by HVACR-EXPO.COM and allowed to use services on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Purchasing and selling activities on HVACR-EXPO.COM; must be open, transparent, and ensure the interests of consumers.
- Goods purchased and sold on HVACR-EXPO.COM are allowed by law, not in the category of goods that are prohibited from trading or advertising in accordance with the law.
- Buyer must pay for the purchase of goods directly to the seller or to HVACR-EXPO.COM (if required by the seller).
4General rules
- Vendor: is the owner of the goods/services or the person authorized by the owner to provide the goods/services on the HVACR-EXPO.COM booths.
- Buyer: is a member or a non-member but provides full personal information at the request of HVACR-EXPO.COM; have a need to buy goods/services on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Member: is an individual who has completed the membership registration process on HVACR-EXPO.COM
5Transaction Process
Process for Buyers:
Step 1: Access the home page HVACR-EXPO.COM and enter the product name to search. View detailed product information and select sellers;
Step 2: Go to product details page, click “Purchase”;
Step 3: Go to the shopping cart page, fill in your purchase information;
Step 4: Select a form of payment and proceed with payment;
Step 5: Receive goods and rate the seller.
Process for Sellers/Vendors:
Step 1: Seller registers Booth according to the process on HVACR-EXPO.COM;
Step 2: Based on the seller's booth registration results, HVACR-EXPO.COM grants the seller an account (including username and password);
Step 3: The seller proceeds to post the product for sale according to the process on HVACR-EXPO.COM;
Step 4:HVACR-EXPO.COM will approve the seller's post within 2~3 days;
Step 5: Approved seller's posting will be displayed on HVACR-EXPO.COM;
Step 6: The seller conducts sales and financial management and uses efficiency enhancement solutions according to his needs.

7Product warranty
- The buyer is entitled to a warranty policy for goods/services specified by the seller or according to the manufacturer's warranty policy and posted on HVACR-EXPO.COM;
- During the warranty period, the buyer transports the goods in need of warranty to the warranty site.
8Payment
- Buyers can choose one of two payment methods as follows:
- Payment on receipt: When the seller delivers the goods to the buyer, then the buyer must pay.
- Payment in advance 100% of the order value before delivery: at the request of the Seller.

9Safe transaction
Before participating in payment transactions for goods/services on HVACR-EXPO.COM, buyers should note the following issues:
- Members must not disclose to any third party the email address, username and password to log in to HVACR-EXPO.COM. HVACR-EXPO.COM will not bear any responsibility if the member violates this provision. If a member discloses and facilitates a third party to attack and damage the server system of HVACR-EXPO.COM, that member must bear full responsibility.
- After choosing an online payment method, a member or buyer must ensure stable and continuous use of the OTP-receiving mobile phone number registered with HVACR-EXPO.COM. In case a member or buyer loses/changes his/her phone number, the information on HVACR-EXPO.COM must be corrected before ordering goods/services. If a member or buyer violates this provision, HVACR-EXPO.COM does not bear any responsibility.
Change information
You are the only one with access to your HVACR-EXPO.COM purchase account. When you want to update, delete or modify your personal information, please log in to your account. We will save the changed information to prevent fraud removal.
10Limit the field of posting
- Sellers/Members are only allowed to post information about goods and services that are permitted by law and the content is only allowed to relate to the right industry/field of the e-commerce site, which is the field of “HVACR: Heating- Heating | Cooling-Ventilation | Air Conditioner | Frozen"
- HVACR-EXPO.COM prohibits Sellers/Members from performing the following acts when posting goods and services:
- Posting goods and services prohibited by law and/or outside the domain specified by the website;
- Advertising that reveals state secrets, prejudicial to national independence, sovereignty, security and defense;
- Advertising lacks aesthetics, contrary to the historical traditions, culture, ethics, fine customs and traditions of Vietnam;
- Advertising affects urban beauty, traffic order and safety, social safety;
- Advertisements that adversely affect the sanctity of the National Flag, National Emblem, National Anthem, Party Flag, national heroes, cultural celebrities, leaders and leaders of the Party and State;
- Advertising that is ethnically discriminatory, racist, infringes on freedom of belief or religion, or prejudices against gender or people with disabilities;
- Advertisements that offend the reputation, honor and dignity of organizations or individuals;
- Advertising that uses an individual's image, speech or handwriting without the individual's consent, unless otherwise permitted by law;
- Forcing agencies, organizations or individuals to advertise or receive advertisements against their will.
- Advertising for children with thoughts, words and actions contrary to morality, fine customs and traditions; adversely affect the health, safety or normal development of children;
- Advertising that violates the law on intellectual property;
- Ads with unfair competition content in accordance with the law on competition.
- Ads that use the words “unique”, “unique”, “best”, “number one” or words with similar meanings without legal documents proving it according to regulations of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism;

11Post control mechanism
- For goods and services that are prohibited from trading or advertising: After the seller posts such goods or services, HVACR-EXPO.COM has the right to request the seller to remove it. 12In case of technical error

13Rights and obligations of the website management board
A- Right:
- Enjoy advertising service fee or consignment fee (if any) from the seller.
- The buyer is required to provide personal information when using the service on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Request the seller to amend, supplement or remove information that is untrue, inaccurate or/and violates the law and fine customs. If the seller does not modify, add or remove the above information, HVACR-EXPO.COM has the right to refuse or stop providing the service.
- To terminate the Member's right of Membership and the right to use the service of the Member and notify the Member at least one (01) month before the termination time if the Member violates the Regulations of HVACR-EXPO.COM or has behaviors that affect HVACR-EXPO.COM's business.
- HVACR-EXPO.COM will consider and terminate the member's rights if the member does not participate in activities and exchange information on HVACR-EXPO.COM continuously for three (03) months. After being terminated as a member, if the member wants to continue using the services of HVACR-EXPO.COM, he must re-register from the beginning according to the form and procedure of HVACR-EXPO.COM.
B- Obligations:
- Take necessary measures to ensure the security of information related to the business secrets of sellers, buyers and their personal information.
- Take timely handling measures when detecting or receiving feedback on illegal business acts on the e-commerce trading floor.
- Support state management agencies to investigate illegal business activities, provide information, transaction history and other documents about subjects with illegal acts on the trading floor electronic.
- Publicly announce the mechanism to resolve disputes arising during transactions on e-commerce exchanges. When customers on the e-commerce trading floor have a conflict with the seller or have their legitimate interests damaged, they must provide customers with information about the seller, actively support customers to protect their rights and interests. its legitimate interests.
- Store information of sellers and buyers and regularly update relevant changes and supplements.
14Seller's Rights and Responsibilities
A- Rights:
- Introduced, advertised for their goods/services on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Support in the process of posting information about goods/services on HVACR-EXPO.COM
- Manage and update information about goods/services posted on HVACR-EXPO.COM
B- Obligations:
- Must ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of information about their goods/services posted on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Update information about changes in goods/services posted on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Responsible for the quality of goods and services provided to the buyer.
- Responsible for settling claims and compensating buyers (if any).
- Pay advertising service fee, consignment fee (if any) to HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- Notify or register with the competent state agency the promotion programs of goods/services (if any).
- Provide full information about goods and services as prescribed from Article 30 to Article 34 of Decree 52/2013/ND-CP on e-commerce when selling goods or providing services on the trading floor electronics HVACR-EXPO.COM
- Ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of information about goods and services provided on the e-commerce trading floor HVACR-EXPO.COM
- To provide information about their business situation at the request of a competent state agency to serve statistical activities of e-commerce.
- Comply with the provisions of the law on payment, advertising, promotion, protection of intellectual property rights, protection of consumer rights and other relevant laws when selling or supplying services on the e-commerce trading floor.
- Fully responsible before the law in case the goods and services posted by the seller on HVACR-EXPO.COM are on the list of goods banned from advertising, banned from business or/and violate other regulations of the Company. law.
- Fully responsible before the Customer in case the goods and services do not meet the quality as the information posted by the seller on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
15Buyer's Rights and Responsibilities
A- Rights:
- Granted an account on HVACR-EXPO.COM after registering to purchase goods/services on HVACR-EXPO.COM.
- To ask the seller for a warranty, exchange the goods in accordance with the policy that the seller has committed.
- To send complaints about the quality of goods/services directly to the seller.
B- Obligations:
- Responsible for keeping the registered name, password and email box used for registration on HVACR-EXPO.COM confidential.
- Commitment that the information provided to HVACR-EXPO.COM is complete and accurate. If a member discovers that any third party has an unauthorized use or abuse of his or her registered name and password on HVACR-EXPO.COM, that member is responsible for promptly notifying HVACR-EXPO. .COM to take appropriate action.
- Buyers must not use HVACR-EXPO.COM's services for purposes of fraud, threats, illegal information exploration, sabotage, creation and distribution of viruses that cause damage to the server system. , website HVACR-EXPO.COM. Any member who violates will be fully responsible before the law.
- Payment for goods/services to the seller.
16Terms apply
This Regulation applies to all traders, organizations and individuals using HVACR-EXPO.COM's services.
17Terms of commitment
- HVACR-EXPO.COM and all traders, organizations and individuals using the services of HVACR-EXPO.COM commit to comply with the terms of this Regulation.
- Any trader, organization or individual that violates one of the provisions of this Regulation will be responsible before HVACR-EXPO.COM or the law.
