1 - By accessing the HVACR-EXPO.COM site or Signing up for an Account or by using any Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not access the HVACR-EXPO.COM site. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to changes without notice. So please check the latest version periodically.
2 - This site is intended to assist independent parties in communicating and entering into transaction like as: contracting, buying, selling, advertising... with each other. HVACR-EXPO.COM is not involved directly in such transactions through this site. HVACR-EXPO.COM also make no representations or warranties regarding: the quality, safety or legality of any transactions in this site. Therefore, In no event will HVACR-EXPO.COM be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages, however arising, including negligence, arising out of or in connection with this site and the use thereof.

6 - Fees will be paid when you begin using our service in this site. Your fees period (at least 6-month period) will be notify at the end of the period until you cancel your subscription to the service. If you cancel your annual subscription before the end of the 12-month period, your account will remain open until the end of the subscription period, and no refund will be paid out.
7 - You may not post, upload, publish, reproduce, transmit, or otherwise distribute information or other material on this site these activities:
+ Constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability;

10 - HVACR-EXPO.COM reserves the right to change or modify or remove any Content, these Terms and Conditions from the HVACR-EXPO.COM site, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, at any time, without notice and such changes will become effective immediately from the date in which they are posted on the site.
11 - Miscellaneous
_Terms and Conditions, including HVACR-EXPO.COM Privacy and Security Policy and other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between HVACR-EXPO.COM and you with respect to your use of the site. HVACR-EXPO.COM failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
_ If any of the Terms and Conditions is determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions hereof. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. The parties have required that these Terms and Conditions and all related documents be drawn up in Vietnamese & English.
